This is one of our most commonly booked packages because it gives you peace of mind knowing that everything you have worked so hard to plan is organized, finalized, and ready to come to life.
One month before your wedding, we will come together to review all of your details, gather your wedding information, and make sure nothing important has been missed. We will help finalize the logistics, create a detailed wedding day timeline for you, your vendors, and your wedding party, and communicate with your venue, catering team, and vendors to confirm final details, setup needs, arrival times, responsibilities, and expectations.
We will also review your catering order, table layouts, décor setup, vendor instructions, ceremony and reception flow, and all of the moving pieces that need to come together smoothly on your wedding day.
This package is perfect for couples who have handled the planning themselves but want extra support, organization, and professional coordination during that final month.
